Eight is a lot of legs, David.
Not to be confused with Santa's favorite four-legged friend, Red Nose Day is in fact the culmination of Comic Relief: a British charity which seeks to highlight the ongoing famine in Ethiopia. Taking place every other March, Red Nose Day brings together Britain's funniest and most famous to raise money for those most in need, and this year--March 24 specifically--we get the added bonus of a brief sequel film to Richard Curtis's 2003 hit, LOVE ACTUALLY.
Most of the cast will return for the 10-minute snippet into their characters' continuing lives. Hugh Grant and Martine McCutcheon as England's Prime Minister and his paramour; Keira Knightley, Chiwetel Ejiofor, and Andrew Lincoln's love triangle. Most notable absences are Emma Thompson, and Alan Rickman, due to his passing, and Laura Linney and Rodrigo Santoro, probably because their story was so goddamn depressing. And perhaps we'll even hear from Colin Frizzle and his big knob.
Here's a quick teaser taking a cue from the film's most recognizable scene.
